3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Limitations of Liability

  • Items mistakenly included for removal
  • Damage caused by hidden or unsafe materials

You agree to hold us harmless from any loss or damage related to the services provided unless due to our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
